As a Founding Athlete member:

• You receive exclusive access to first edition products
• Your feedback will help shape future product development
• Benefits are non-transferable
• Membership status is permanent for the duration of the program

6. Refund Policy

For physical products:

• 30-day satisfaction guarantee from date of delivery
• Product must be in original condition
• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer
• Pre-orders can be cancelled for full refund before shipping

Pilgrit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services.
