Your memories start with trust.

This page explains the information collected by Pilgrit (Jakub Szymczak) for the first New York Finisher Book enquiries.

What we collect

Your email address, whether the book is a gift or for yourself, and any optional delivery country and message you provide. We record when you agreed to be contacted and the referral label and campaign tags (UTM source, medium, campaign, content, term and ID) on the link you used. We also record whether you asked for book pricing or the free supporter photo checklist.

Why we use it

To provide the free photo checklist you requested, or personally respond about the Finisher Book, including the price, content needed and delivery options. Checklist signup opens the guide immediately; it does not automatically send an email. Book follow-up from that signup is optional. Joining this list does not create an order, take a payment or subscribe you to an unrelated newsletter. We do not ask you to upload personal photographs at this stage.

Where your details go

The website is hosted by Vercel. Enquiries are saved in a dedicated Finisher Book group in Pilgrit’s MailerLite account, for personal follow-up by the Pilgrit owner. They are not displayed publicly. We do not sell your details or share them with other advertisers.

Page activity

We save the referral label with your enquiry so we can understand how people found the book. If optional measurement is configured, Google Analytics or Plausible runs only after you allow analytics, and Meta Pixel runs only after you allow advertising tracking. These tools measure page visits and successful form saves, distinguishing book enquiries from checklist requests. They do not receive your form email, message or private removal link. Declining tracking does not prevent signup. CookieYes provides the consent banner and stores your preference in its consent cookie, so it can respect your choice on later visits. Change your choice using the CookieYes privacy icon or “Cookie settings” in the footer. Our hosting providers may process technical request data to serve and protect the site.

Keeping and removing your enquiry

Pilgrit will review the list at the end of the launch test and remove enquiries no longer needed. Use the private removal link shown after you sign up to leave the book-enquiry list; keep that link if you may want to use it later. For contacts created only for this book, MailerLite completes permanent deletion within 30 days. Any separate Pilgrit subscriptions you already had are preserved. You can also contact privacy@pilgrit.com to ask for your enquiry to be changed or removed.

Your sample and your final book

The product images are digital mockups of an illustrative sample containing generated and stock imagery. Any future photo uploads, contributor messages, orders and printing will have their own clearly explained permissions and terms before you proceed.
